These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bb98 ("bb98", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the bb98 website located at bb98.ws, including all associated sub-pages, games, betting markets, software, and services made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the bb98 platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its content, and that you agree to be bound by each and every clause contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bb98 platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with bb98's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Access to and use of bb98's Services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bb98 applies a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years across the entire platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all exclusive games. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory age verification during the registration process.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or organisation.

bb98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until such time as verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on the bb98 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bb98 employs technical and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts discovered will be immediately closed with balances forfeited.

When completing the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify bb98 promptly of any changes via the account settings panel or through the customer support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bb98 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify bb98 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bb98 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing reasons. Account registration does not create any guarantee of continued access to Services, and bb98 may at any time modify, suspend, or discontinue its Services with or without prior notice.

bb98 processes all account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally integrated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum transaction limits may be set at the account level and are communicated within the platform's banking section.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in the name of the bb98 account holder. bb98 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed in full, and the bb98 account associated with such a deposit may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bb98 aims to process JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

• bb98 does not apply processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside bb98's control and are not refundable by the platform.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity and source-of-funds verification prior to processing, particularly for higher-value withdrawals or accounts that have not previously completed enhanced verification.
• bb98 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an ongoing account investigation.
• Funds deposited to bb98 accounts are held in segregated accounts and are not used for bb98 operational purposes. This segregation is maintained as a protection for player balances.

All financial transactions on the bb98 platform are conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. bb98 reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy these requirements at any point.

bb98's sportsbook covers a range of sports markets including cricket (PSL, Pakistan national team, international tournaments), football, UFC/MMA, and other major events. All bets are subject to the specific market rules displayed within the relevant event listing at the time of bet placement. In the event of any ambiguity between general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific or market-specific rules, the more specific rule shall take precedence.

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the bb98 platform. Bets placed during periods of technical disruption that do not generate a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be settled. It is the player's responsibility to verify that any intended bet has been confirmed before the relevant event commences.

• Pre-match bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets are accepted at bb98's discretion and are subject to temporary suspension during certain phases of play. Accepted in-play bets will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
• bb98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of odds manipulation, match-fixing, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time of bet placement by the bettor.
• Maximum winnings per event and per market may apply and are set at the account level. These limits are communicated within the sportsbook interface.
• In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of an event, bets will be settled in accordance with the market-specific rules applicable to that sport and market type.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms (e.g., 20x the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed within each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• bb98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.
• Attempts to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Any bonus credited to an account as a result of an error or technical fault will be removed from the account balance. If funds derived from a bonus error have been wagered prior to discovery, bb98 reserves the right to void those bets and recalculate the account balance accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb98 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bb98 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all associated balances where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access or interact with the bb98 platform in any way that is not consistent with normal human use.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit market vulnerabilities or inside information.
• Conducting transactions that constitute money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or exploiting known software vulnerabilities in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the bb98 platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bb98 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content available on the bb98 platform, including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of bb98 or is licensed to bb98 by its respective intellectual property owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bb98 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bb98 content without prior written authorisation from bb98.

The bb98 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of bb98. Unauthorised use of any bb98 trademark, including use in any domain name, social media handle, or promotional material, is strictly prohibited.

bb98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. bb98 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any specific outcome will result from participation in any game or betting market. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

bb98's total cumulative liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bb98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete mandatory identity verification; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment instruction; or where continued operation of the account would expose bb98 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bb98 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations or disputed amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

bb98 will not be liable for any losses, including unrealised potential winnings, arising from account suspension or termination where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

bb98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bb98 will endeavour to notify registered account holders via a notice displayed on the platform at the time of login. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the bb98 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bb98 holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you are encouraged to contact bb98's customer support team in the first instance. bb98 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under bb98's international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bb98's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent actual or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions.
